I'm the regular writer of the Doctor Who Annual for BBC Books, an imprint of Penguin Books. This involves writing and researching fact files, features and puzzles based on the most recent series, and writing two brand-new comic strips and a short text story. The material is written in the breathless and funny style of the TV show, with as much as possible in the voices of the readers' favourite characters. The forthcoming 2019 annual will feature one of the first comic stories featuring Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor.
